不同應用需要使用不同的物鏡。利用 Axio Vert.A1 的 5 X編碼物鏡轉盤可隨時選擇合適的放大倍率。節省時間和消除誤差來源：這種編碼方式允許 Axio Vert.A1自動識別物鏡。

適用於各種細節成像的觀察方式
Axio Vert.A1提供各類常用觀察方式：使用反射光觀察時，借助4X反射光鏡模組轉盤，可以在明視野、暗視野、DIC、C-DIC、螢光和偏光觀察方式之間進行快速方便地切換，用於檢測諸如鎂和鋁等各向異性材料。切換至透射光觀察時，可以使用明視野、偏光或相位差觀察方式。

重複性測量與比較
使用十字線和結構比較盤進行測量和計數。此外，成像軟體可以提供一系列功能強大的模組用於檢測，例如：晶粒大小、多相分析、層厚測量和互動式測量。
