Our EB-050V Micropositioner offers true linear motion of 12mm in each axis X-Y-Z and 1.0µm resolution. Supplied with Vacuum Base.
Suitable for use with standard bracket or with soft landing inclination using our coaxial and triaxial tubular tip holders.

The EB-050 series is available in left and right hand versions with Permanent Magnet (M), Magnet on/off (E) or Vacuum bases (V) to suit all applications. Also available in 100TPI for 0.7µm resolution.
The EB-050 Series of Micropositioner’s from EverBeing offer 3-axis (X-Y-Z) movement, with 12mm of travel in each direction.
The ease of placement and positioning, size and true linear motion makes the EB-050V micropositioner a choice for use in magnetic fields etc. Supplied with a Vacuum base, 12″ vacuum tube and connector. It is machined for demanding probing applications needing accuracy and repeatability with the ability to control 12mm of travel with 1.0µm movement in all three axes.
Suitable for DC, RF and fibre probe heads. For increased accuracy the unit is available with 100TPI to give less than 0.8µm.
