3: Representative Collection and Deposition of a Single Purkinje Cell Using UnipicKTM.

This video shows the precision with which a single Purkinje cell of approximately 15μm in diameter may be collected using UnipicKTM technology. Rat cerebellum was sectioned at 20μm and stained with toluidine blue. A 15μm ID Disposable Capillary Unit (DCU) was used for the collection. KuiqpicK and UnipicK technologies are versatile instruments capable of single cell collection from fresh frozen and native sectioned tissues.

4.Mouse Retina Microdissection

KuiqpicK and UnipicK technologies are versatile instruments capable of microdissecting fresh frozen and native sectioned tissues. This video shows the accuracy with which different layers of a white mouse retina can be microdissected. Eye tissue was sectioned at 12μm and stained with toluidine blue. A 20μm ID Disposable Capillary Unit was used for the collection.

Cell clusters can easily and precisely be collected from culture using UnipicK or KuiqpicK.
